Equity Coffee provides tools that help users publish information, evaluations, listings, and inquiries. Equity Coffee is not a party to transactions between users and does not act as a seller, buyer, payment processor, escrow provider, importer, exporter, freight forwarder, or financial institution.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authority of the content they publish and share through the platform.
By publishing listings, offers, products, company profiles, or coffee information, users confirm they are authorized to publish that information and that it is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Users should independently verify suppliers, products, certifications, pricing, logistics, and payment arrangements before entering into transactions.
Evaluations represent the observations and opinions of evaluators at the time of assessment and are not guarantees of quality, performance, availability, or commercial suitability.
Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, confidential, or infringing content. Equity Coffee may review or remove content that appears inconsistent with platform standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equity Coffee shall not be responsible for disputes, losses, payment defaults, logistics issues, quality disagreements, or other matters arising directly between users. Users remain responsible for their own commercial decisions and due diligence.
