Deals are operational records for trading and execution. Use them to manage agreements, then attach contracts, invoices, and shipments under the same deal so operations remain stable even if Marketplace listings change.

Create a deal from a lot (or negotiation), then manage documents and execution under that deal.

Deals store parties, terms, and status.
Contracts store PDFs + signatures linked to a deal.
Invoices and Shipments are tracked against the deal for audit history.
